🧁 Recipe: The “Special with lots of love Mother’s Day cake”

This cake is simple, moist, and baked with a lot of love. Perfect as a sweet treat for Mother's Day!

Ingredients:

  • 250 g soft butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 handful of raspberries or strawberries
  • Powdered sugar & flowers (edible) for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat).
  2. Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.
  3. Stir in eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix flour with baking powder and fold in alternately with the milk.
  5. Pour the dough into a heart-shaped cake tin (or a loaf tin).
