Due to new customs and security regulations in the United States, shipments sent with DHL to the USA or Puerto Rico cannot currently be processed as normal. Official information regarding international restrictions can be found, among other places, at DHL . For us, this means: Orders with a shipping address in the USA/Puerto Rico cannot currently be shipped.

What happens to existing orders?

• Open DHL orders to the USA or Puerto Rico will be automatically canceled .
• We will refund any amounts already paid as a credit note .
• Please understand that due to the number of affected cases, processing may take some time .

Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email . Thank you for your patience.

How long will the shipping stop last?
