A self-care corner doesn't need its own room. A tray, a small shelf, or a windowsill are sufficient if the elements are consciously chosen.

The 3-Element Rule

  1. A living element: plant, branch, or single flower.
  2. A ritual object: candle, journal, or tea bowl.
  3. An optional fragrance source: spray or incense sticks – not both at the same time.

Origami Indoor Planter Geometric and clear Green Cedar Succulent Sandalwood in Scala holder
Euphoria Design Vase Soft and organic Lavender Dried flowers Floral incense blend

Check planters for water resistance and saucers. Do not place candles directly next to dried flowers or leaves. Use room fragrance sparingly and do not spray plants directly.
