Background to the decision

International shipments to the USA are now subject to significantly stricter clearance and inspection processes. Even smaller orders can now trigger mandatory customs duties and additional processing fees.

In addition to official customs duties, increased administrative and processing requirements for logistics providers are also having an impact. This development leads to rising shipping costs and a higher risk of unexpected charges upon delivery.

For a brand that values ​​transparency and trust, such conditions are not compatible with our standards.

We don't want to ship orders where the final total price only becomes visible upon delivery. Every order should remain clearly calculable, predictable, and stress-free.

What does this mean for customers in the USA?

The checkout process currently does not offer shipping to the United States. In exceptional cases, redirection via a European shipping address may be possible, but customs and import clearance must be handled externally.

We are continuously monitoring regulatory developments. Should conditions stabilize and become predictable again, we will consider resuming shipments to the USA.

Shipping within the European Union

For customers within the EU, everything remains unchanged. Our collections continue to be available as usual — with the same care in packaging and shipping.
