The beginning of October is a good time to simplify care, scent, light, and decor before the dark weeks. Renewal is not about acquiring more products, but about choosing those that will actually be used.

Four steps

  1. Care: Keep a single daily cream, a single body oil, and if needed, a single balm visible.
  2. Scent: Choose a single main note for the month, such as cedar, lavender, or warm tea.
  3. Light: Create a safe space with a single candle or lamp.
  4. Decor: Remove summer objects that no longer serve the room.

Weekly rhythm

Light and fresh air in the morning; a single care product and a light single scent in the evening; cleaning candle holders, trays, and diffusers on the weekend.

Safety

  • Do not store cosmetics near heat sources.
  • Use candles on a heat-resistant tray and away from decorations.
  • Properly sort damaged or expired products.
