General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in the SteinKunstWerk online shop. Consumers are individuals who do not place orders for commercial or self-employed purposes.

2. Conclusion of contract

All products in the shop are non-binding offers. A purchase contract is concluded when you complete the order and we confirm or execute it.

3. Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details can be found under Cancellation Policy .

4. Prices and payment terms

Our prices are total prices according to Section 19 of the German Small Business Regulation (UStG) – without VAT. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery and shipping

We deliver within the EU to the address specified during the order process. Pickup is not possible. Details can be found under Shipping Information .

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Liability for defects (warranty)

The statutory warranty applies. For businesses, the warranty period for claims for defects is one year from delivery.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, limb, or health. In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for essential contractual obligations and only to the typical, foreseeable extent.

9. Applicable law

German law applies. For consumers outside the EU, the mandatory protection provisions of their country of residence also apply.

10. Dispute resolution

The EU provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings, but you can contact us directly.
