1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop SteinKunstWerk .
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity (§ 14 BGB).

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
By completing the order, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
The purchase agreement is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email or when we ship the goods.

All prices quoted are total prices in accordance with §19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation). VAT is not shown separately.

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. These will be displayed to you during the ordering process.

Delivery will be made to the address you provided during the ordering process.
We currently deliver within the European Union.
Self-collection of the goods is not possible.

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
---7. Warranty (Liability for Defects)
Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights.
For business customers, the warranty period for delivered goods is one year from the date of delivery.

We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, we are only liable for foreseeable, typical contractual damages.
Any further liability is excluded.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this only applies insofar as it does not restrict the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has his habitual residence.
