Want to know where your package is right now? No problem! With our shipment tracking, you'll always be informed – quickly, easily, and transparently. As soon as your order leaves our studio, you can track its shipping progress live.

How does tracking work?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your personal tracking number. You can easily enter this number into our tracking service. The service will then show you in real time where your package is and when it's expected to arrive.

Our tracking page works with common shipping providers within the EU, including DHL, DPD, GLS, and their national partners such as DPD France, DPD Latvia, and DHL Austria.

Why is no status visible yet?

If your order has just been processed, it can take up to 24 hours for the first status to appear in the tracking information. This is because many shipping providers only display the first status change when the order is scanned at the fulfillment center.

Tip: If your shipment is coming from outside the EU (e.g. Lithuania or Portugal), please note that some status messages will only be visible after the shipment has been handed over to the national transport company.

Important information about our shipping partners

We prefer to work with carbon-neutral providers such as DHL GoGreen or DPD KlimaProtect . This ensures that your order is delivered not only reliably but also as sustainably as possible.

Whenever possible, we opt for environmentally friendly rail shipping instead of truck loading. In exceptional cases, this may mean an additional business day, but it conserves resources and reduces emissions.

All products are shipped with recycled filling material and plastic-free packaging. We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely – while causing as little environmental impact as possible.

Reused cardboard and recyclable materials are a given for us. If you have ideas on how we can make our packaging even more sustainable, please let us know!

FAQs – Frequently asked questions about shipment tracking

  • How quickly will my order be shipped?
    Usually within 1–3 business days. Should there be any delays, we will actively inform you via email.
  • How long does shipping take within Germany?
    Usually 2-4 working days after handover to the shipping service provider.
  • Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
    Yes – if you select DHL as your shipping partner. Please make sure to provide your postal code and the correct Packstation address.
  • I don't see any updates in tracking – what should I do?
    Please wait 24 hours after shipping begins. If you still don't see a status, please contact us at support@steinkunstwerk.de .

EU-wide shipping – without any customs stress

We ship exclusively within the European Union. This means no customs duties, no import taxes, and no hidden costs. All prices in the shop are final prices – only the individually adjusted shipping costs apply.

The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout and depends on the product type, packaging size, and recipient country.
