Where do your products come from?

Our decorative products are lovingly handcrafted. We source candles and select fragrance products from small European manufacturers who prioritize quality, meticulous craftsmanship, and a harmonious overall experience.

How can I place an order?

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping is climate-conscious (usually via DHL). Depending on the shipping method, it may take an extra day in some cases.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship within the EU. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout according to the order.

Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely. Many scented candles and decorative items are deliberately designed as gift ideas: stylish, high-quality, and with the feeling of "I was thinking of you".


Scented candles & their use

How long does a scented candle burn?

The burning time depends on the size, amount of wax, wick, and usage. You can find the specific burning time in the respective product description, if it is specified for that product.

How do I burn a candle properly the first time I light it?

Ideally, when lighting the candle for the first time, let it burn until the surface is evenly melted. This usually results in a more beautiful and even burn.

How do I properly care for the wick?

Keep the wick short and clean. If necessary, trim it carefully before lighting so that the flame burns more steadily and less soot is produced.

How intense is the fragrance – and what size room is it suitable for?

The fragrance intensity depends on the fragrance profile, the room size, and the ventilation. A small room will usually experience a stronger fragrance more quickly, while in larger rooms the fragrance often develops more gently. Are scented candles suitable for allergy sufferers?

Is it okay to leave a candle burning unattended?

No. Please never leave burning candles unattended, keep them away from flammable materials, and place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Also, keep an eye on children and pets nearby.
