Right of withdrawal

A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

This applies in particular to products that are custom-made for you after an order has been placed and, due to their nature, cannot be easily reused or resold.

If such an exclusion exists, it will be expressly stated in the respective product offer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
