Our shipping advantages

- Sustainable packaging: preferably recycled materials, paper-based filling materials and resource-saving solutions.
- Rail transport, if possible: if available, we use DHL rail transport instead of truck (delivery time may be +1 day).
Delivery times
Germany: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
EU countries: usually 3-7 working days after dispatch (depending on the destination country).
Please note: For products from collaborations with partner manufacturers (e.g., selected fragrance products) Depending on production time and transport route, delivery time can take up to 10 working days .
Some products are produced in small batches or are freshly prepared for you – please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
