Recipe: Summer Cappuccino with Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 espresso
- 120 ml cold milk or plant-based drink
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Ice cubes
- Optional: a little cocoa or cinnamon
Instructions
Brew fresh espresso and let it cool briefly. Put ice cubes in a glass, add milk, place the vanilla ice cream, and slowly pour the espresso over it.
