We want you to be completely satisfied with our handmade products. Should something not meet your expectations, you'll find all the information regarding returns and refunds here.

📦 Returns and exchanges

• You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• The items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging .
• Personalized or custom-made products (e.g., customized colors) are non-returnable.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is an error on our part.

🔁 How the return works

1. Please contact us in advance by email at support@steinkunstwerk.de with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. You will receive all further information and, if necessary, a return label.
3. After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made to the original payment method used.

💸 Refund

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price within 7 business days . Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return was due to an error on our part.

• Custom-made products
• Reduced goods from seasonal promotions
• Used or damaged items
