We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, you'll find all the information about returns, exchanges, and refunds here – clear and transparent.

Important: Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. You can find the relevant details in the cancellation policy .

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt .
  • The items must be returned unused , undamaged and preferably in their original packaging .
  • Custom-made products (e.g., desired colors) are excluded from cancellation/exchange, provided the legal requirements are met.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs , unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🔁 How returns work

  1. Write to us in advance at support@steinkunstwerk.de (please include your order number and a short note about what is being returned).
  2. We will inform you about the next steps and – if relevant – instructions for returning the item.
  3. After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued to the originally used payment method.

💸 Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase price immediately and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Note: Shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with legal regulations. Additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option may be excluded (see cancellation policy for details).

❗ Exceptions

  • Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g., desired colors), provided that the legal requirements are met.
  • Used or damaged items (loss of value may be credited).
  • Reduced-priced items are not generally excluded – the decisive factor is the cancellation policy. Only cases that are legally excluded from cancellation are excluded.
