Why we cannot ship to the USA right now

Due to new customs and security regulations introduced by the current U.S. administration, our logistics partner DHL has temporarily suspended parcel shipments to the United States and Puerto Rico. This is not a decision made by SteinKunstWerk; it is a direct consequence of tightened import requirements that affect many international small businesses.

What happens with your orders?

  • All open DHL orders to the USA or Puerto Rico are automatically cancelled.
  • You will receive a full refund in the form of a credit note.
  • Please allow some processing time while we handle all affected orders individually.
