Rolled tea pearls with warm oolong character and a delicate jasmine note. The pearls slowly open during infusion and create a smooth, floral cup with more depth than a classic jasmine green tea.

Preparation

• Amount: about 6–8 pearls per 250 ml of water
• Water temperature: about 100 °C
• Steeping time: 3–5 minutes
