PAOPAO ESSENTIALS Bergamot Oil has a citrusy and fruity scent. 90% of the harvest comes from Calabria and Southern Italy, where bergamot is found as a rue family plant. The refreshing scent can be used for mood swings and skin conditions such as acne. 

 

Application

Bergamot oil can be used in diffusers. The oil can be used against fever in the form of calf compresses. As a body oil, the citrusy scent of bergamot refreshes and invigorates. Bergamot can also be used for depressive moods and mood swings.
