Shou Pu-Erh – Mature Chinese Fermented Tea

This ripened Pu-Erh offers a dark, smooth cup with earthy, woody notes and a mellow finish. Its deep character makes it ideal after meals or for slow, contemplative tea sessions.

Preparation

Use about 3–4 g per 200 ml of boiling water. Rinse briefly, then steep for 2–4 minutes. Several infusions are possible.
