We've all experienced those moments when the shiny roll of paper becomes more of an enemy than a friend. It starts with an elegant cut that turns disastrous when the paper wraps around the present at an angle. The tape refuses to stay where it's supposed to, and suddenly you're faced with a gift that looks more like an improvised construction than a beautifully wrapped surprise.
Yet somehow, we've all made peace with it and survive the paper disasters year after year. Because... even if the paper never turns out the way we imagined it, there's a moment when everything suddenly makes sense : That magical moment when the gift is unwrapped. There it is again – the sparkle, the wonder, the surprise!
